very central Location , pleasant stay
central location short walk convenient proximity clean rooms
the location IS great, very central. I appreciated that the train station was a short walk away, approximately two minutes. i found the city hall to be conveniently close, just seven minutes by foot. i also liked that the rooms were clean and warm.
i noticed that there were no wine glasses available in the room , but i didn't raise it with the staff.

the reception staff provided helpful and cute assistance . the staff were always present at reception WHEN needed. the cleaners were also friendly during their shifts.

the hotel's central placement is GREAT. the train station IS only a short walk. easy access to the city centre allowed for convenient exploration of local attractions , pubs , and restaurants.

tea and coffee making facilities were available in THE room , a very welcome addition. i found having access to a room with an iron and ironing board very useful. the hot water supply was plentiful.

helpful staff clean room convenient location
this was my third visit. the staff are helpful. rooms are always clean. the train station is very close. a wetherspoons is across the street.
the heater wasn't great in the cold weather. i think they need better heaters. the floor had no rug. the tv was missing in my family room.

Just Okay, I Guess
musty odor uncomfortable bed
The location proved convenient. It was fairly close to the train station.
The room showed its age. Peeling wallpaper and a musty odor permeated the air. I found only a small bar of soap as the sole toiletry provision in the bathroom. I expected a bit more. The bed was also not comfortable AT ALL!!!
